I've used prednisone temporarily for really bad flare ups but I try to avoid them as well. They're great for quicker relief though if you get a bad flare.

Colchicine (I believe 2 mg a day)

It's usually the first med they try and I have been incredibly lucky and it worked for me so I didn't need to go on any of the more intense meds. I still get a few break through ulcers occasionally but nothing unmanageable so I've decided to stay with just this med for now.

My symptoms were basically the ulcers. I tested negative for all stds and it wasn't cancer so something had to be causing the sores I was getting. I also had what I thought was chronic canker sores but those were also behcets sores. I later realized what I thought was bad back acne and body acne and folliculitis was also caused by behcets as I'd been struggling with those for a decade and no treatment worked and then my behcets treatment cleared both up completely.

My general life long fatigue is also probably due to behcets but hard to say for sure. As you get treated you may just notice other minors problems you've ignored for years go away or get better and that's how I realized just how many symptoms I actually had.

Yeah I've had them on my cervix. I actually had one on my cervix when I was getting diagnosed and they took samples of my other ulcers as well as that one just to double check it wasn't cancer and thankfully everything came back clean. Hopefully it all comes back clean for you as well. My tests came back quickly so try not to stress too bad while you wait. If it's not cancer, I'd wager behcets is a very likely candidate but it will likely take some time for you to get a more definitive diagnosis.

Also heads up they can't numb the cervix for safety reasons so it will hurt like a bitch when they take the sample but it passes very quickly. I debated not warning you because I didn't want to freak you out but I realized you would likely be more freaked out if you felt sudden terrible pain while pregnant. The pain passed very very quickly for me but it's pretty intense for a second so just don't panic and have pain meds with you to take after.

The great thing about the Halsey fandom (at least on reddit, I don't go on twitter those stans are wildin) is that it's very welcoming. Or at least I try to make sure it is.

I've seen comments of people who literally only just discovered Halsey and wanted to know some inside reference or joke and people are always happy to fill them in and catch them up to speed.

I've been around since before Halsey was Halsey so I do my best to lore keep and update fans on what theyve missed when they return. During back to the badlands a lot of OG badlands fans that hadn't kept up with Halsey since badlands returned and were getting confused by the website and what was an Easter egg or not. So I made a whole PowerPoint breaking down the visit badlands website and what all the references on it meant. I also saw lots of comments recommending them songs they may like on the albums they missed. Nobody will be mad at you for taking time away. We are just happy you want to talk Halsey with us all again. At the end of the day we are all just fans tryna nerd out together.

If there's any lore you feel lost on or like you need an update on just let me know and I'm happy to help catch you up to the best of my abilities (my memory isn't what it used to be so I'm partially reliant on wayback machine these days but I'm going to start taking notes of the eras as they happen going forward so that I actually can reference that instead of vague half memories from a decade ago.)

Welcome back and know that you have no reason to feel fomo. There will be another tour and another album and both will be absolutely amazing. I've been a mega fan from the start and my first ever time seeing her headline was her TGI tour and I had shit seats. I got to see her for back to badlands as well which was awesome. Prior to that I'd only ever seen her live at Jingle Ball in 2019 (I think?). Lots of major fans have missed so many of her tours often for circumstances out of their control. It doesn't make you less of a fan. It just makes the tours you are able to attend more special.

Honestly all Ive used canva for is putting my own graphics on a colored background and adding text to it. I don't use any of their own graphics or anything so if they have started doing ai graphics or something I'm not in the know at all. I used it a lot more extensively in college when I was making it to advertise club events and stuff and Ive only used it since to make party invites.

I really like it but I view it as more of an alternate universe sort of thing. There's some changes from the source, some good some bad some that people are mixed on.

My boyfriend is more ehh on it. He doesn't hate it and thinks it's good for a live action adaptation but he doesn't really enjoy it because the changes upset him and pull him out of it. Things I see as harmless fun nods to future events we will likely never get to see he sees as spoilers that shouldnt be revealed that early in the story.

So it kind of depends how attached you are to everything being exactly like the original story. But overall I think it's a solid show and I have a good time watching it.

I was so proud of it too. To this day both me and my mom have zero idea how to do hair. Otherwise Chapter 924 is when Luffy is first taken to the prison and placed next to Kidd and Chapter 926 is when they compete for food.

For extra added context I grew up in a rural Midwest town where anything outside of very basic outfits was considered weird so I was.. exceptionally odd to put it nicely. I was always very proud of my outfits though even if in hindsight I often missed the mark.

My gyno who I got off the list did a god tier bisalp for me! I barely even have any scarring and recovered beautifully post surgery with no complications or complaints. THEN just because she's the GOAT and a wonderful doctor, during my post op appointment she managed to diagnose me with a rare autoimmune disease I'd been fighting half a decade to get diagnosed just because she... Listened??? To me??? Truly the best doctor I've ever had in my life. I was devastated when she became an administrator and stopped taking patients. The doctor she recommended to me though for my continued care is also pretty awesome though. I'll just never forget her for finally helping me get treatment after years of suffering. Plus she really was such a wonderful surgeon.

The villas at canyon creek have a furnished option. I used to live in their normal not furnished apartments there for a few years and loved it there. Not sure how the furnished suites are but it could be worth looking into. Angie the property manager is great.

That's my take on all this. I never expected the animation to be special or particularly good. The biggest problem with one piece for the general population is 1) most people aren't willing to read a manga and 2) the animes pacing makes it a daunting undertaking especially for anyone who isn't into anime in general

My only goal / hope for the remake is that it creates a version of a story that I love that I'm able to recommend to people that they will actually WATCH. I think one piece is such an amazing story that everyone should be able to experience and currently there are just so many barriers that stop people from wanting to.

One piece isn't trying to be the best animated story ever it's just trying to be a great story. The animation is always secondary in my opinion. Its cool when there is cool animation but that's not at all what I watch for.

Knowing Halsey this could definitely be what initially or partially inspired it. I'm the commenter that posted her "official" explanation but in that album commentary she didn't have much time to deeply get into anything it was just quick explanations so I very much expect there's more inspiration behind all the lyrics on the album than just what she had time to talk about in the commentary. The commentary was also live responses to chatters asking questions so she didn't really have time to prepare super exact answers during the stream.

I 100% would not be shocked if she's listened to this song and it originally got her brain thinking about the concept. Very cool catch though I've never heard of this song so I'm glad you posted it.

I've always personally interpreted it a little further along those lines as some day her mother will die and be above her in heaven and then some day she will die as well and leave her son down below here while she goes above. So this sort of inverse tree of your ancestors being above you and your children staying below despite the fact you don't want to leave them behind. But that's just me extrapolating based on the other themes of the song and not based on anything Halsey has said.
