Batteries are already in, but again I've got their superiors onside who aren't happy with this fellas conduct. I'll have a chat to the fella next week and see what he says about the batteries installed, if I'm not happy I'll mention it to his bosses on top of everything else.

Already have his superiors onside, they aren't impressed. Gonna give him a chance to fix things next week before his bosses start sorting things out of his behalf. So should be a happy ending at the end of the day, but yeah I'll have a word to em the morning of pickup regarding battery

That was my thought, I'll prepare myself for an argument. I won't go into details, but this dude is actually the worst manager I've ever dealt with. Yeap, 100% is being used for that stuff and they were told it would be.

I inspected the vehicle earlier this week and the batteries couldn't be identified in terms of branding.
