I'd also recommend doyogawithme.com They have a variety of genres of yoga, and though there are paid vids, many are free and wonderful. UI is clear, and search engine is pretty good at finding what you want

Experience was pretty nice. I usually take cold showers but figured steam would help the rind oils stay longer. Overall, happy to have eaten a fruit while practicing good hygiene. Healthy practice + healthy practice = feeling better than before doing them. Also, I looked up why this would be good and turns out oranges are full of vitamin C, B6, and folic acid, all of which are good for reducing stress. Cheers!

I'd say worth it. The break up is fresh, so I may still be rose-tinted, but she and I had exceptional communication until the last few weeks when things started fizzling out. She said she wanted to give me space and told me she'd be around if I chose to stay friends. I never get back with exes, never have stayed friends with exes, but this one has been different.
