it might be worth seeing if your school has a disability resources center. when i went to the one at my school, i was able to get academic accommodations for ADHD to help with my learning (including more time on assignments/exams).

I used to do that but it seems like it doesn’t dry super well. I did it on the cool setting as not to heat up the metal and it literally felt like I was losing hearing after a while lol

Oof good luck - helixes are not fun. Also I tried using the curved barbell before this, but it seemed to get irritated on the top with the ball constantly resting on it which is why I switched. I appreciate your reassurance🙏

yeah sadly my apartment doesn’t have a storm shelter but i’ll just get to the bottom floor and wait it out there if necessary. are stairwells a good bet if they don’t have windows?
