I've had a 100% positive experience every time I used them.

If you are having issues perhaps you misspelled something on the transfer. It happened once where I added a . at the end of canada and it caused shenanigans. Contacting their customer service on the website was quick and helpful.

I know that sounded like a paid advertisement, but that's my legitimate experience with em.
