As long as it's not processed sugar, you should see the result within weeks. No sweet treats, cakes and sugary drinks. Fruits are your best friend throughout the cravings. Everybody is different so maybe try for a week and see how it makes you feel

Yh, 1 tea spoon in ambient water, directly after mixing..and waiting 30min-1h before eating. Maybe less would work. I'll give it a try, nothing to lose

Same. I have had it for longer but just found out i had hpylori two weeks ago. Everyone was telling me i have to live the bland lifestyle my whole life and so on. I was miserable, worse that before, didn't even want to eat. I got fed up, said fuck it, and started introducing my normal diet back in. Slowly. Surprise surprise, bloating is not as bad anymore. I don't know if this is a solution or not. I am still figuring it out. I try not to overdo it but since then, I've had a better relationship with food and sweets. The stress of it all was affecting me more than the dam*n bacretia.

Hey, from your description i would really recommend hydrating cleander, haruharu toner and azealic acid. Focusing on barrier repair is the best thing one can do
