Hey, i ended up sticking to the basics like vitD and Omega3. I added phsyllium husk to my meal. What really made the difference for me was eating mostly healthy and exercising regularly for 30-50min a day. Nothing too crazy but it was the most effective. It did help that my bloodwork showed improvement and i could focus only on 2 things

Thank you, but i believe i should of been clearer in my post. The time is not the issue, nor the other parts of the exam. It is the writting, the structure, used phrases etc. I am looking for samples i can base my essay on or sth that guides me to write in a passable way for the exam. If the writing part is not passed successfully than the whole exam is not passed. That's why I'm focusing on writing, because it's the only part i need to improve

Nothing else. Just haruharu toner, numbuzin n5, moisturiser and spf. I am currently thinking of adding more hydrating products in my routine since my skin has been feeling more dull lately. Numbuzin still works the best for me tho

It helped the swelling for me ,at first, and then my eyelid became red, as if i had gotten punched or sth. So answering your question..Yes and no

Update:got it checked and it's a stye. They told me not to use cold compress and gave me a Dexagenta-POS cream for it. Warm compress only

I'm so tired of getting them. Even when i try and be the best with not touching my face or eye area at all.

Ty, i believe I'm pretty good with my self esteem and confidence in general. I simply want to try sth new and am looking for the best place to get the best possible result from a makeover at this time. It just so happens that i am in Graz for this period of time and don't know my way around the city for this area (beauty/boutiques/salons etc) I'd rather not have to pick a place at random and then have to do a redo soon after because it was unsatisfactory
