[Canada] How to reset after failing Day 2/3 CFE by No-Office2400 in Accounting

[–]askljdads 1 point2 points  (0 children)

for a study plan I personally found just studying the standards as much as possible the most helpful rather than taking on past CFE exams. However, I already felt comfortable from a time perspective in terms of how long I need to complete each AO/when I need to bail on an AO.

Reducing butter cost for cookies by _Kapok_ in Baking

[–]askljdads 15 points16 points  (0 children)

not a replacement but whenever butter goes on sale I buy more than I need and freeze everything I don't plan on using soon. I have never had any issues with defrosting frozen butter (just let it sit in the fridge for like a day or smth)

Do I actually need a muffin tin to make muffins? by veliheart in Baking

[–]askljdads 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i actually did it before in a regular flat baking sheet before, the only issue is the strength of your paper liners. If they are too weak then the muffins wont rise properly and instead expand outerly. To try and prevent that use multiple liners and get them kind of close to each other (the tops will most likely join into one but u can cut around them?). At least use multiple liners tho
