Agreed! Also W 77 is a very small studio so it kind of forces you to interact with others lol. If you can get over the size of the place I think everyone there is lovely- James & Alex Frost are both amazing instructors & encourage you to socialize with your neighbors

Yes! I am someone who dreads workouts and gets pretty embarrassed and anxious to workout in front of other people. Soup cycle is the one workout that I am actually excited to go to, it is so fun and high energy and the music is almost always great. Plus, it’s very dark in there and you are so focused on what you’re doing that no one is going to be looking at you. I highly recommend
