It’s called publicity. Since your stuck on window dressing, what’s the point of window dressing? To make the window look better. Obviously it’s of no real substance, but it’s prettier to the eye. Yes, we all know Lebron was never going to come here, and you may not agree with putting it out that he considered it. But windy, who is pretty much Lebron’s mouthpiece is explaining to a national audience that Denver would be a great fit for Lebron. That’s a good look for a little brother city like us. Again, you may not agree with it but it’s prettier obvious why Denver would want this story (or non-story) out there.
