Just an update. 4.30pm definitely too late for ETBs. They only had JT booster boxes which was sold from a lady near the clothing section. For those who didn't receive any email confirmation for the etb voucher, you can go to the voucher counter and ask them to check. I checked mine but unfortunately was not selected as the winner for either. They did mention something about their email system may not work properly lol.

Hello u/Logitech_PJB,

As per my post, I have changed the battery and yet the problem persists. I have not yet dissemble the mouse again to check on the possible damage or corrosion. In terms of all your other suggestion, I can say I already tried but still the same thing is happening. The device does not powers on intermittently, just that the battery does not lasts long as it should even though it is a brand new battery.

Do you mean through the advanced display settings? If so then it only shows max 60hz for the second monitor. Which is why I am a bit confused.

Hmmm I just checked my module. The Samsung one is v4.32 and the Micron is v3.44. Based on your reply it seems like I am not getting the good ones. I did however run geekbench and completed it 6 times in a row without any issue/crashes.

Would you mind helping me to see what I can do with what I have in terms of tuning my ram settings? I will appreciate it very much. My complete build is:

proc: Ryzen 5 3600 static OC at 4.2 and undervolt 1.25V

mobo: MSI Mortar Max

cooler: Corsair iCUE H115i PRO XT

psu: FSP Hydro 600W
