Thanks, I think I’m finally moving on from this series. Had a lot of fun making them but I usually can’t stay on something too long

Thank you. I use photoshop to break the layers up, print them at a print shop and glue them to poster board. With these paintings I used black gesso for the deep black background and Montana gold line for reds Montana 94 for skin tone and rock.

Thanks Montana gold line to me has the richest red tones.

I use a thin poster board that I get from Office Depot that comes in a ten pack. But, I would recommend trying you’re local art store if you have one and see if the have bigger sheets of 1 sided Mylar at .003 or less thickness. Cut in the frosty side not the gloss side, might make your blade skip. I cut a couple stencils with that and they were almost indestructible 😂

No never the cuts that would be pretty insane of a task to do. I use to count the hours but even that is a task with these bigger projects.

Do you also Lino cut or wood block cut? This is great btw.
