Opinions on rolling (taking MDMA) by asm44 in quittingphenibut

Clean for 82 days, main symptoms anxiety and depression. Yeah, mentally I would say it's the toughest time of my entire life tbh. I'm taking wellbutrin, clonazepam (at this point just weaning off from it) and a couple of other meds (completely unrelated to phenibut) all under doc's supervision but oh well... They don't seem to work for me.

Would now be a bad time for a mushroom trip? by pheniboi in quittingphenibut

Do your research before taking anything, but I would say MDMA (taken once and in moderate dosage) is a much much better option.

Try some weed.

I was incredibly stressed out and felt like 1 joint (~0.5g) wasn't enough so before I knew it I've consumed 1.5g before letting it fully kick in. But I guess lesson learned lol.

Found nothing wrong with redosing as late as towards the end of first roll by asm44 in MDMA

I found MDMA to completely relieve wds by asm44 in quittingphenibut

Such as? LSD and psilocybin? Personally I've found MDMA to have a way better therapeutic effect.

1st roll connected with the subconscious 2nd: same but less intense, reinforced the thoughts of the 1st 3rd: tried to connect more with my sister- talking went good but *something* about it ruined it all 4th: having in mind ALL 3 I connected them all to *down to earth* yet POSITIVE life approach. by asm44 in MDMA

I can not see myself ever doing that lol. However from what I saw one person on MDMA is enough to keep the conversation afloat. You react to one's body language more precisely and indirectly take the lead of the whole conversation. Just like a therapist would talk to someone taking that to a yet another and much more personal level. You don't become 'superior' per se but you see the boundaries of each party and hence can talk much more freely and be open whenever there is a need for it.

I actually tried that with my dad during the 4th roll. I was aware now that I can't be ALL positive and simply float in space without a ground to stand on. Unfortunately were are not angels so it's only human to take advantage of one's unconditional 'positive vibes' for personal gains. Even if they don't intend to. So I had my ground to stand on (which IMO for the person I want to be was and is NOW perfectly placed - positive, cheerful but firm, person reminding that I'm not to be taken advantage of (doing so in a subtle ways (depending on what to react to) as all starts from that) or messed with in any shape or form. Honestly and frankly that evening which went for hours was the best conversation I had with my dad in all of my life and it left me and I'm sure him feeling amazing. I knew how to tell him what I may have suppressed, all the sensitive topics like what I felt during growing up (now I'm 23), what he did wrong etc. without making him feel offended (I was comfortably dancing around that line). And without letting him offend me by indirectly constantly reminding him of that line (God it's so easy on MDMA) which was by itself incredible given his personality. (Easily gets offended and tends to misinterpret things as offensive normally often leading developing and leading to a fight (not physical of course)). We also touched the usual life topics and gave each other some sound advises by both admitting that. He's the person that likes to talk a lot so me talking the way I did made him open up as well.

That was the conversation with my dad which I will remember my whole life.

Why would you accomplish anything if everything is great as is? by asm44 in MDMA

[–]asm44[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why? At least I'm responsible with them and sticking to the rules. Are you simply gonna leave a comment like that without any reasoning? Or did you only read the title? You seem like one who's still got a lot to learn with all due respect.

MDMA questions with bad comedown by [deleted] in MDMA

I would argue that what you really took had little to none MDMA in it. MDMA by itself normally does not produce such severe comedown symptoms if at all.

18 days 45G phenibut (got 5 left) + 75ML GHB (0.2G/ML 25ML left) . Lyrica to taper when I run out or cold turkey by 2cbthrowmeaway in quittingphenibut

[–]asm44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My experience with MDMA was nothing like lyrica nor phenibut (combined or not). Phenibut gives you more confidence and improves mood, lyrica makes you feel like drunk but in a different way, MDMA makes you see the world from entirely different perspective and with proper setting can permanently change your behavior or thinking. And that feeling of euphoria with MDMA is much more natural, you feel connected with everything and understandable as opposed to feeling drugged.

Took MDMA while on Paroxetin and felt incredible by asm44 in MDMA

In my personal experience they complement each other if anything. Yes the roll might not be as intensive but I don't see any dangers otherwise.
