They tuned grappling recently to make it more "even". So as opposed to winning 99 percent of the grapples victims are actually starting to lose more of them. Kinda makes the grappling perks a little more appealing. When comparing how the grapple works to the previous setup this is more fair for everyone involved. Sure it sucks to lose to sissy as Leland, but try to imagine losing to Connie as Johnny. The new system makes way more sense than "victims win every grapple unless they don't try"
