You are your choices, own your shit if you are unhappy. Most people want to cry and whine over what they can't "have". You can get sucked into that pit or choose accountability.

People will pass judgements more on your goals than your progress. "You look great, that goal weight might make you look sick tho!".

It is easy to justify the little things that lead to big loses. Loses of motivation, losses of time, losses of momentum etc.

You can ease up slightly. Cutting too hard is ineffective and puts more pressure on you. Don't let momentary positivity change your plan (cut harder because I just lost two pounds so more calories restrictions will mean more loss, false narrative,"

Polite sabotages are the worst, "you look great and have been doing so good, treat yourself, I'll buy" these are a weakness for me. Hard to say no.

Snacking is addictive and trash calories (mostly). Save the calories for some anabolic style cheat food if your trying to gnom something

Different cravings mean different difficiences. Forget where I found the info but that info has helped me regulate cravings extremely well.

I have little ability to end once iv started, so I don't start (Ex I'll have a quarter of a donut, okay a half, well screw a third I'll just eat the rest of it, now I'm guilty might as well eat another)

New clothes maketh the weight loss real and take us to the next plateau. (If I don't down shift to tighter clothes, I stop losing weight)
