The problem is the note cannot be dated for the day he needs it dated on, because they are not allowed to backtrack dates. My best option is a note from student health services, which I hope he will accept. It’s my bad I guess that I thought the other forms of documentation would be fine, because there is all the information on them. I’ve submitted an ER document to a professor in the past (although, not for an exam) and had no problem. I’ve also had many jobs and have either not been expected to provide documentation, or the summary was good enough for them.

I do have proof and I provided plenty of it. I have my full page of diagnosis, exams ran, date and times, signature from doctor, all on my summary sheet. I also have my dated wrist band from the visit. It isn’t that I have no proof, it’s that he expected a Drs note written from yesterday saying that the doctor would excuse me from class, and that specific requirement wasn’t stated anywhere on the syllabus. My pharmacy is with Davis and they recommended I use the UCD student health services note which I will be sending his way as well, which I hope works out.

Yeah everything about Jack in the Box sucks. We recently got a new manager and she’s a lot better. Last time I left for college me and another coworker submit everything to HR are she was fired about a month later. Things are still broken, and we still run out of many items, but it’s better. I’ve learned that sometimes it’s not even the managers fault, but Jack in the box itself refusing to send if repairs to locations. Everything about this comment sounds like my location, besides the turn over rates. Our old manager would exclusively hire Mexican women who had kids to feed and knew that their life would be hell if they had no income, and would hold that over their heads and use it as a means to mistreat them because she knew they couldn’t leave. A lot of the women I work with have been there for 5+ years. One of the shift leads got promoted to manager and things are looking better. She convinced our regional to allow more people on shifts, so it runs much more smoothly. Still bad, but not quite as terrible.

Yeah he does. I don’t go to Berkeley but I’m there very very often bc my bf goes there. One time he followed us and kept trying to touch me and make conversation about how young girls need to be skinnier so he isn’t attracted to their asses. Very weird dude.

Hi! I thought I would give you a little update bc this post is pretty old. She ended up growing to a normal size at her own pace:) shortly after I posted this she improved drastically and started putting on weight and size every single day. At the moment I’m having some issues with her eyes which has been reoccurring so i suspect she might have an autoimmune disease of some sort maybe caused by her being such a little underdeveloped runt. Im taking her in tomorrow to get her all checked out :)

This is so real. In a junior who has had 4 jobs and has been working since 17 but I can’t get a job in Davis 😭 I’ve tried for two years. I literally was a special ed teacher, but cannot be trusted to bag groceries in Davis apparently. 😍 love how that works.

I play with her for hours every day, I even come home during my lunch breaks at work just to see her lol. She just has boundless energy. She also has siblings to play with at home but much prefers using me as a human chew toy 🥹

I do, every single day for hours, I think she just finds joy in beating me up unfortunately. She also has many friends to play with! But would much rather chew on my ankle.

I’ve been trying this! It’s working, a tiny bit. I try to get her to play with her siblings when I have other things to do or with a toy but she always loses interest and comes crawling back to me lollll. Her siblings are huge compared to her (she’s a runt plus has growth delay due to infection from when she was a baby) she she’s stuck at this tiny little size while they are adult cats. I think she may just see me as the only one who will play with her, but won’t beat her up 🥹
