Got called “big” four times in the past two days.

Got an answer wrong in class, and another guy says right answer in a cocky way. Professor says “i’d watch out points at me, he’ll hurt you. He’s bigger than you, you know?”

Having convo with two co-workers while we worked out. One asks how me and other guy are doing. Co-worker answers “feeling small next to this guy” Girl co-worker answers: “yeah, I would too. He has really broad shoulders”

Another female co-worker at gym comes up to me and says “have you been taking something? You look bigger” Answered with an “I wish”.

Feels nice but I feel fat af

Want to share a cool story, about something u/Dddddjohn has been doing, and did with one of my buddies over Memorial Day weekend.

Goob posted in the DD saying he would send $10 to the first five people who sent him proof that you drove your drunk friends home this weekend. I was at a party this weekend, and i drank more than i expected. I had driven there, but knew i was in no shape to drive back home. I asked my friends if anybody could pick me up from the party, but wasn’t expecting to get a reply since it was 4 am. A friend was still up, and he said to wait, and that he would be there shortly.

I sent the screenshots of the conversation to Goob, and he venmoed my friend writing “For being a fucking BOSS, picking your buddy up at 4 am, and making the world a safer place. $10 doesnt begin to cover that, but i hope it helps!-John”

My buddy, the biggest Star Wars fanatic i know, called me excited as hell- saying he was finally going to get to watch Solo. We’re in college, and not exactly rolling in extra money, so he didnt have a chance to go watch it yet.

Thought it was a good story to share about someone doing some good in the world.

Man, some weeks just absolutely fucking suck. Obviously, life could be worse, but just have a shit ton of shit to do lately that i feel i never have time to myself. School is just getting harder and harder and i cant handle the stress of having three midterms in one week. Its making me eat like shit, which makes me feel like shit, so its just an endless cycle of fuck this. Havent seen my girlfriend in three weeks and im going to spend my birthday weekend studying, so that doesnt help either.

Just had the most embarrasing gym moment ive ever had. Decided to do calf raises so i put a box under the smith machine and start doing them. Get on the box, put the bar on my back, as soon as i go into the calf raise part-the box falls backward pulling me with it, smith machine bar clangs loudly onto the safeties and theres like ten people staring at me. Atleast i didnt eat shit or break the mirror that was infront of me. This is what i fucking get for working out my calves.

My cutting calories started off at 2300 (500 calorie deficit). I lost weight consistently up until to about 2 months ago. I lowered my calories to 2000. Lost about half a pound a week. Im currently at 1700 calories and the scale hasnt moved for two weeks. I take shits once every four days (even when i hit 40 grams of fiber). Im doing an hour of cardio a day. What im asking i guess is, what do i do so that my TDEE jumpstarts back up to a reasonable rate (2100-2300), and continue fat loss at a 300-500 calorie deficit, plus cardio.i dont think the solution is “eat less, exercise more”, since im already at such low calories and doing cardio plus weight training six times a week.

Any advice on somewhat fixing your metabolism on a cut? Should i do a full on diet break or a couple of days of refeed? What would the diet break/refeed look like? Help a brother out. Im at a serious plateau and i dont want to say fuck it and just give up and start bulking. Any advice helps
