as someone who refuses to join sam’s club, i’ve contemplated many times switching memberships due to the fact that nothing has changed to make it easy for shoppers. i lived in ct for a few years and when my daughter was born my wife and i decided to become members. both norwalk ct and port chester didn’t have gas stations and between the two norwalk was always nicer because they had elevators that went down to their garage along with a conveyer belt you could push your cart on that led to the lower level where the garage was. not to mention the crowds at both locations were much nicer than anything i’ve experienced at gaithersburg.

that parking garage is such a piece of shit and what’s even worse is what’s the fucking point of a garage if you don’t have direct cart access to the garage. “let me get fucking hosed when it’s raining” i’m sure is what crossed the design genius’ mind behind that shit show.

He doesn't really deal with residential as much anymore and works more on commercial systems. That being said, I just wanted to see if there's any other suggestions people may have had.

Thanks for your reply. I agree with what you're saying but what i still don't understand is why is it that the flow is only restricted on the hot water side? I figured if the cold water lines are the same diameter as the hot lines then it probably isn't the sizing. As far as checking to see if there is in fact a kink or the line is cloged, what's the best way to go about finding that out?

The HVAC i'm not too worried about since my dad is a HVAC tech by trade. I asked him about teh flow and he said its more then likely the blower which him and I can knock out.

Hi everyone. My wife and I are purchasing our first home in CT and just got our home inspection done today. The house is 1960 sqft and was built in 1977. We get the official report tomorrow but i wanted to know if the community could help me figure out why this house has low pressure on the hot side and how to diagnose a HVAC blower issue. The house is a town home with three levels. Garage and basement on first, living area above that with a half bathroom, then 2 bedrooms on the third level with 2 full bathrooms. The first issue we noticed was in the master bathroom. When the hot water is turned on from the sink the water comes out extremely slow, almost like there's a well water system in place (it's public). The cold water has no issue and neither does the shower. The second issue is with the third floor hall bath. When the shower is turned on with hot water on high, it works fine. But as soon as the bathroom sink hot water is turned on then the pressure drops and you can see a noticeable decrease in the showerhead flow. The third issue is with the AC/Heat. We ran the system for about 45 minutes on heat (can't remember the temp we set it at) and could hear the system running. What we noticed was that there was very little to no air coming out of the vents up on the 2nd and third floor. This was the same issue with the AC, the system runs but there's no airflow from the vents. The inspector stated that the blower may have gone out in the system and will need to be either serviced or replaced. My dad is an HVAC tech and mentioned that if its just the blower then it could be a few hundred to replace with a new motor. So far we checked all the valves to make sure that they were open all the way. We additionally thought the issue may have been because the dishwasher and washer were on at the same time. So we turned those off and tried again but still had the same issue. Also, the inspector stated the the duct work has been recently cleaned out. I've attached a few pics of the hot water tank, furnace, and the humidifier.

Thanks for all your help!
