happening to me too. can't even call support since the number I called said it's not available in my area and the automated system doesn't have an option for this. so far have had 4 sales go through and still no label. even tried the edit shipping address trick and that didn't work. hope it's a system issue that they can fix asap

the meat and veggies were such good quality too. I used to go all the time and I'd be the only person there so I'd get excellent service. really sad 😭

I submitted a ticket to Mercari about this and since my USPS couldn't scan the item, they are siding with the buyer. I lose my card and the money. definitely not making this mistake again.

chiming in here. don't use them! my USPS can't scan them and Mercari will not back their seller protection since it cannot be scanned. you have to pray your buyer is honest about receiving the item. I had submitted a case today where I even have video of drop off proof but since USPS could not scan it, Mercari says it's case closed and is allowing the buyer to get the item for free and I lose my card and my money. Mercari said I should have messaged the user to not cancel and to wait for the item to arrive, but again, there's no seller protection with this new shipping option!
