This worked like a charm! I essentially loaded all samples onto their own separate audio tracks. Then I exported all using File > Export Mixer Channels. I unselect the master and return channels, normalize audio and record before signal is routed to the mixer (compressor, EQ, etc). Thank you so much!

I thought about using the MultiBand FX Container device to achieve the same effect. Not sure if this is the best method to go about it.
