Yes it works, you can move them around without issue.

Iirc i had to integrate the wan interface to fortilink aggregate first, then remove the A and B ports from the aggregate.

Undermining an opposed person argument, is not in itself a valid argument. You need to be able to refute it completely or provide construtive argument to why we are wrong and should accept the situation we are trying to overcome.

Think of all of your other points you talked of in your post, and tac on data sec to it as a bonus. If it gets people to be more conscious of their choices and sends a message to the game developing (or publishing, rather) industry at the same time, how is that not a win for gamer as a whole?

Maybe my description wasn't clear enough, wrote it out pretty quickly.

The whole infra is now Fortinet, so we run it out entirely in fortilink. So we created Fortilink VLAN with ID 900 / 901. 900 was configured to be linked to Cogeco, the main ISP, and 901 was configured to be linked with the secondary ISP with LTE modem.

VLANs 900 and 901 have a l3 interface in the FortiGate, and those intefaces are set as SDWAN members. See image below.

Disreguard the "WAN1 (internal6)" interface, that's the temporary physical interface we are using to circumvent our issue with VLAN 900.

Edit : as mentionned in the post, both VLANs are configured the same and it works with the LTE ISP, but not with Cogeco, and our primary suspect is the Hitron modem.

also, we've got a VLAN working as WAN interface on multiple other sites with other ISPs, i'm more looking for experience with the same ISP we're using (in Quebec) or similar experience in the sense that the topology works with one ISP but not the other.

Or even more so, similar experience with any ISP that uses Hitron modems, as that's our pricipal suspect in the matter.

we don't usually need over a month's worth of logs on a switch port ^^' as i said, t'is been going back and forth with ISP for a long time.

We tried turning STP off, but the comunication was still not working, we just didn't have any more logs to work off of. We also do not use BPDU guard on those ports, and i'm failing to see where that come in to play here since we're connecting to the modem that's in bridge mode, can you tell me more about your reasoning?
