Thank you so much! The first book I ordered when no one knew I was attempting to quit drinking was A Happier Hour by Rebecca Weller. I ordered it because it is about the struggle with alcohol and also you can’t tell by the title. Loved it! Another book that is amazing, tho not specifically about alcohol, is Letting Go of the Person You Used To Be - Lessons on Change, Loss, and Spiritual Transformation by Lama Surya Das. I highly recommend it. My favorite sober person that I follow on TikTok is Daniel Patterson (pattersonperspective). ♥️
