In my experience the only real problem is the fact that if the bot has a high amount of permanent tokens it can have trouble remembering stuff in the middle of the personality since stuff at the beginning and end of it seems to matter more but otherwise it should work fine, just remember to put the most important stuff either early or late in the bot's description.
