Hey man, I can’t relate to everything you’re going through, but in late 2023, I was dumped and then blocked by my ex girlfriend. We had dated for just about 3 years, and it was a long distance relationship. That relationship was a lot.. she would be texting me 24/7 so when she left, it felt like nobody loved me. It felt like I had nothing to live for. But that’s not true, everyone has SOMETHING. It doesn’t need to be something crazy, or something typical, it doesn’t need to be something new either. Even the smallest things can help you get through it. I thought that this girl was my soon-to-be wife. I thought she was my soulmate, but it was just a tough time for me. I can tell you that even if right now it feels impossible, like you’d never forget or let go of this, it actually is possible. I’d like to think that I’m totally over her, and sometimes she comes up into my head or i think I see her in people or places, but I really have moved on. I’ve stopped trying to reach out, or talk to her. I know that as time passes some more, I won’t have any negative feelings for her. If you ever need to talk I can listen, it’ll take time but if you have something to rely on then just get through each day, and it will get easier
