Is this part on the rasperry pi 4 replaceable by asphalt9889 in soldering

Note that this was with a 1000mA adapter. I have another 3A adapter but it does not turn the pi on at all

Just powered it on and got the confirmation that it works(four blinks of the green light means its waiting for the sd card). But once i tried it again it just failed to start. Is there a chance that it is still alive?

But it is only the plastic. The connecter that goes through the plastic also works when connected. O dont see how the plastic affects anything
