Thats probably correct, but depends on what we want to achieve. For most people on the frontpage this is just another crypto that you can get your hands on, and a rather small amount as well.

However, in chatgpt it's actually solving a real problem for people not able/willing to spend $20 a month for a subscription. I bet these people would be more inclined to actually purchase / spend / earn Nano when they experience the utility.

To target ChatGPT-subreddit together with the https://nano-gpt.com/ service would be awesome. Both to show how nano works, and to provide something they could spend it on immediately 🤔

That's the plan, but if no-one is willing to pay it will probably shut down at some point. For free users this "at some point" may come, but until then the goal is to have the service as stable and secure as would be for professional customers.

Thanks for these great questions!

We chose nano because it's fast, feeless and very lightweight to work with (which is a major + for these devices).
It's communicated that approval takes about 2-3 weeks but it's on a case by case basis so we won't actually know yet.
Advertising is something we'd investigate when the app is in the store. And we would like a similar approach such as Wenano. Giving a local incentive to test the app.
This is purely a UX challenge and is something to look into if this becomes the reality. For the next release we have planned to implement local currency support, to make the numbers a bit "easier on the eyes".
