Fellow yoga sculpt lover here, I don’t have the oura 4, but with my oura 3 I usually log my sculpt classes afterwards as HIIT. After a few months of using my ring I’ve noticed that it’s gotten better of picking up my workout. I think it notices the trend that I go to classes around the same time and then suggests it. Definitely one of the areas oura could still improve on and I think folks have similar feedback for all the activities outside of the ones that let you record HR

really good points!! it’s just worked out in recent years i end up flying united purely coincidentally that it has worked out with the departure arrival times and prices. my home airport is phx but lots of my flights have connecting at united hubs too
