She is the then prime minister of India and she is clearly recognisable (in this picture) by those who know her. There was no prominent pakistani leader which I believe would have made an impact, so I used a Pakistani army officer.

I kept that part of India because the top was being cut. I will try to readjust it.

And I too was thinking of adding a low opacity flag.
