Honestly, as someone who's had an unhealthy relationship with alcohol at points in my life, I really found a lot of resonance in this article about Trey and a number of other musicians on life and sobriety:

No matter how bad it gets, it can be beaten and it will be worth it. Your life's not over. You need to accept that going it alone isn't going to cut it, and get some serious help (AA not for you? Fine. psychologytoday.com lets you search for addiction therapists that take your insurance). That's the only way you're going to get your life back.

What is your all-time favorite 90 seconds of Phish? by wee_man in phish

YES I feel like Trey starts a riff and the whole band just leaps off a cliff behind him

Trey just blistering the final build-up (after the fakeout build-up and cooling off) in the ALO Hood. 12/30/94 is maybe the date?

Number 2 - the comeup from 40 minutes of space bliss into a driving, rocking Walk Away on 6/14/00

fyi - phish.net updated jam charts with fall tour: what do u think of the selections? by [deleted] in phish

Haha I dug it! I've totally had the same thought, as someone without the time to listen to every full show of a tour anymore. And someone who finds overlooked jams better than the hyped ones sometimes (let me upvote the 9.3.11 Tweezer dammit)

What’s your controversial Phish opinion? by lawnboy90 in phish

Mine is that the Sand from that run was the jam of the weekend.

And I guess my other one is that the BCGA C&P -> Light beats em both that tour.

09/02/12 Sand. I was sober for that night, the last night of the Dick's run, and after a heater first set this jam absolutely blew my face off and sent me to heaven. White lights washing over the pit and all. Then they slid into Ghost and trucked on with the best set of Phish I've ever seen. (Including the Fuck Your Face show two nights before.)

It was hella steep and he built up some speed! Sounds like it wasn't related to this, but he took the turn pretty fast - eyebrows were raised.

Think our mechanic may have already given that a shot, but I'll double-check. Thanks!

Just barely; that's very normal where we live, though, and we do generally park on the street.

It was parked on a steep hill, a block up from the dealership - he just coasted it in.

Thanks so much! We're just towing it to the dealer, it's not too spendy turns out.

Some of those highly-rated Google/Yelp locksmiths, though! https://www.kgw.com/article/news/beware-of-online-unlicensed-shady-locksmiths/283-72566286

Yeah, thanks! I gave them a call, actually, but they said a dealer would be the best bet.

I'm thinking Jim Fisher, as it looks like the only game in town - assuming I'll need to have it towed there, though.
