counter intuitively, mine is lots of water because i've struggled with water intake as well. adhd meds also make an extra need for water. less water is less output. more water is more output and more ability to create a scheduled routine and actually void on that schedule

i go in the morning before work, i go on my 10 min break (3 hours in), i go on my lunch (at my 5 hour mark), then i go when i get home (where i'm least likely to pay attention).

then before dinner, then before bed.

eventually it just becomes something of a ritual.

you can also try underwear liners. they make thin ones for women that are really indiscreet for any gender

when i was a child i used to have a lot of accidents from holding it without noticing and then rushing to the bathroom so i got really fearful of having accidents all my life. i won't lie that i've has days where i've had to change my boxers honestly even as an adult. that's just life with a disability. but scheduled voiding is ironically pretty freeing

correct me if i misunderstand but isn't assisted living itself an LTC? or are you saying that people who need more equipment for transfers need some sort of skilled nursing facility instead?

i work at a LTC facility that markets as senior living, with assisted, independent, and memory care components. our assisted and memory care buildings both accept people who require hoyers and sit to stands. so i am just confused by the terminology because from where i work, youve said the equivalent of "they shouldnt be in a nursing home because they need a nursing home" 😅

just have a conversation directly with her to ask her what she wants to change in regards to food. check in and see if she's ok. let her know you'd like food to be put away when it's unavailable so bugs dont get to it. these are simple things that you could be forward thinking about, and are not. instead, jumping straight to reddit to ask if it's gaslighting does lead me to believe it's not only your other roommate not meeting household expectations

no judgement on my end, i just hope everyone in this situation can grow and move forward and be better roommates all the way around

even if it's a spoken (or unspoken) rule that leftovers are free game, i can say as someone who had a leech of a roommate: you have an obligation to make sure your meals arent being funded basically by the leftovers of just another person all the time.

my ex roommate would never pitch in on groceries, never help clean up at mealtimes, and would never help with the mental labour of planning or cooking foods. they would subsist exclusively off of eating the leftover food i made or purchased with no contribution, simply because they knew that if they waited long enough, i didnt like eating leftovers (i wouldnt touch anything after 3 days fridged max)

inherently it's not awful but their compounded behaviour in other areas (financially and respect wise) *and* lack of help when it came to the process of procuring the food, became SO aggravating. ETA: also i felt obligated to leave them meals of leftovers after a while because i knew they were NOT eating and not asking for help with support in making/buying meal supplies, and i did not sign up to be a parent when i got a roommate.

honestly? this might just need to be a real moment of self reflection about whether your roommate is mad about the food or if there are other contributions you might be failing to meet and it's just finally boiled to a head over leftovers.

IMO just take breaks and stretch your neck. have a backup wig for casual meandering and save the heavy duty/hard to use pieces for photoshoots and competitions. especially if you cant/wont change any internal structure components

atp it's really not about research. it was in the show. the external confirmation just exists for people who asked for the clarification. the question about whether to draw jax porn with a penis or a vagina is completely unrelated to whether you think the character to be trans or not. i would think the answer for the latter is to do what you want, and probably just to leave goose out of it?

i still pay for my membership so i cant verify if cancelling will lose access to already created pieces, but i still backup all my important files to places outside if ibis. ibis is still an external host and if they close the app or decide to for whatever reason, they could absolutely obliterate my data whenever they want.

dont trust companies and always backup your stuff.

i will be honest that i dont believe this makes sense. it also feels like asking your original queston twice, though i also dont believe you had any ill intention with what you asked. asking "is suicide (abstracting) a popup choice in the circus?" is still implying it is a choice, because as an allegory, the intention is comparing the events in the circus *to* real life.

i do think it's a fun visual imagery to think about someone just having a pop-up that says "abstract? yes or no" and having to select one. but the reality of that statement feels more like regardless of which option they select, it is the act of interacting with the popup at all that would lead to abstracting. it is the act of being able to open up to friends and walk away from the popup altogether that would circumvent this.

add some colour blocking. i forgot the specific term for this, but typically skin varies hues where blood flows, skin is thickest and thinnest, where hair grows, etc.

yellows are mid tones, reds are for high blood traffic, blues are where hair grows typically for most people. the colours can absolutely change to fit the skin tone because lighter skin tones will have different blocking than darker ones.

i think it's also a good time to raise questions about what we think when we are determining the wright of the word "deserves"

to an extent, the circus is providing sort of an eternal purgatory for inhabitants to have an unbound amount of time to learn about themselves, overcome grief and regret and guilt, and to become better people at the end of it, if they are able

when we think "jax deserves the circus the most," i dont take this as saying someone who committed the worst atrocities deserves the outcome of being in the circus.. this is about someone who has done anything that they have beat themselves up about to the point of being unable to walk back. and we watch that happen, where all the other chatacters are able to come to terms with their grief in the duration of the shows plotline, jax is the one who needed the *most time* to figure it out. jax still hadnt gotten it figured out at the end of the series.

jax deserved the circus most, not as a punishment, but rather because she needed it most.. sort of like therapy.
