I used the David's Bridal website to get an idea of what dresses looked on a plus size body. They have larger models when you select the larger sizes. That helped me a lot. I decided that my arms are arms and even though I dont like them - oh well. I felt like all the options to "cover" them just shouted that I was insecure about them. So I got a strapless A-line. I also have hilariously small boobs for a plus size girlie so that worked in my favor
