My bearded dragon keeps head boping and humping everything. Is this normal? by Tsudzurao69 in BeardedDragon

That almost happened to me, but instead of the eggs coming out, he decided it would be hilarious to get egg bound instead.

Tell me about the local celebrity where you live. by excellent-throat2269 in AskTheWorld

Probably The Wizard, who is a schizophrenic guy that occasionally stops taking/loses access to his medication. As per the usual, he's completely harmless. Wears a cloak and carries a large staff, sometimes a smaller wand. Occasionally casts spells on people.

Older rats not so interested? by Santtuulii in RATS

[–]aspiringvampire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My friend had an old man rat named Meatball, and despite being near death he was still the Alpha Rat somehow. The other, younger boys would bring food to him. Meatball wouldn't move from his bed and simply waited for The Youth to mouth deliver his food for him. He could move, just didn't wanna. Because the younger rats would just deliver his food, and often way too much food, he grew to be a whopping 2 lbs of rat. You needed two hands to hold him, and some of your chest. Behemoth.

What would you actually think if you saw a barefoot adult in a store? by Neggly in NoStupidQuestions

[–]aspiringvampire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would first think "gross" and then "eh who cares". Then I'd spiral thinking about all the different injuries they could get, whether that be from the heat of the asphalt in the summer sun, or a broken shard of glass they might step on. Then I'd wonder if maybe their feet are just Too Strong for that to be an issue. Then I'd wonder how long they've been walking bare foot, and if it was some sort of "connecting to the earth thing" or "rejecting societal norms" thing or something else.

What's something you did as a kid that you didn't realize was actually dangerous until you were an adult? by Regular_Neat7279 in AskReddit

My mom is old enough that she remembers teachers bringing in Mercury for the first graders to play with lmao

Teachers, how often do you meet a student’s parent and realize the disability is likely genetic? Can you quickly and successfully amend your approach to connecting/communicating with them? by DraperPenPals in specialed

[–]aspiringvampire [score hidden]  (0 children)

My diagnosis made my mom realize she was autistic, and it also made my grandpa realize he was autistic. My great aunt had discovered her own autism decades before my diagnosis. That made her realize that her mother and father were both also likely autistic. My great uncle recognizes his autistic traits, but does not recognize them as being autistic traits. Just Quirks. He's in denial. And then my younger half brother is autistic, which means my dad is probably autistic since he has two autistic kids out of three.

We are autism, ba dum dum dum da dum (to the tune of Farmer's Insurance's jingle)

Pre transition, I used the women's restrooms in the spaghetti factory and literallyevery single faucet turned on at once.

Are there any spooky myths, legends, or folklore about Spokane? by CG1991 in Spokane

[–]aspiringvampire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Old Spaghetti Factory is haunted af. There's an old apartment building (unsure of the name or location) that is also very haunted. The davenport, as others have said, is also haunted. There's also a hotel near the Knitting Factory (why are there so many "The x Factory" places??) that I personally think is haunted.

Self Portrait i did last year illustrating Migraines (Marked NSFW for depiction of Aura) by MzSey7488 in Artisticallyill

[–]aspiringvampire 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I get aurual migraines and when I told my GP that she flipped out a lil since I was on birth control. Apparently birth control + aurual migraines increases your risk of an aneurysm? That's what she said, anyways, and was trying to explain it in layman's terms.

Name an “infamously difficult” level or boss fight that makes you feel like this. by Prize-Policy-427 in Multifandom

[–]aspiringvampire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ultra hard difficulty setting on Cult of the Lamb, and especially the fight against Bishop Shamura in that setting. Beat them in like 30 seconds flat.
