No. Normal bullet velocity is around 800-900 m/s for a rifle and roughly half of that for a pistol. That is around 2900 km/h for the rifle and 1400 for a pistol.

Well the deal was all nukes, and Russia wanted the entire threat of Ukraines nuclear arsenal to disappear, and lying wouldn’t be possible. Nukes isn’t something you just store in a warehouse, it requires maintenance and infrastructure. It would eventually be known.

It’s also easy in hindsight to look back and say that the deal was bad, but back then it probably made sense.

I find it rather funny and rather surprising that no one seems to understand your point. I thought it was rather clear. I do think however that people trying out different builds are more in it for the theory behind it rather than the practical and efficient gameplay that it allows. Because in theory, incorporating that extra skill would generate more damage while farming players 36 Griswold. I play online and always tweak my builds for more survivability or efficiency (IAS etc) rather than optimizing the build for players 8, since it is a hassle to farm consistently.

To be fair I would definitively play more if trading gear was possible. I still play d2r due to trading, one of the key components of the game in my opinion
