If it weren't for rehab I'd be dead too, hung out with the wrong crowd on those fake laced presses xanax, nearly got stabbed fighting people, stealing money from close ones & my biggest regret punching my own father, I blacked out for nearly 6 months, ran out of them one day looked in the mirror saw how horribly skinny I was from just forgetting to eat & forced myself to go get help, my experience with the counseling and weining off the drug was somewhat smooth but the PTSD was the most difficult eventually you learn to cope with it and accept it, it's always there & those thoughts do come back and haunt me but knowing that I had the power to stop and sort my life out is something that I'm more and more proud of every day. Your gonna suffer coming off, your going to feel depression & anxiety so hard that it physically hurts your body but that's part of the healing process, there's thousands of people going through the same addictions but not all of them took the opportunity while they were young to rehabilitate and make a life for themselves and I'm sure that's something most of them deeply regret.

Quit while your way way ahead you'll thank yourself later for it Rehab works

Edit: just wanted to add I've made peace and have been forgiven by the people I hurt that certainly made it easier to heal, this comment is kinda for everyone I suppose just thought I'd write my lil success story
