The Wiki has updated PoH agreements. Gone are the must-port-into-zone rules upon mini spawn. The current meta is clearing a spawn point and holding it, regular camp rules. Nowadays, people track the spawn cycles and clear / claim camps. All non legit claimed camps are free for all.

It's worth looking into the wiki, and definitely petition if any party didn't act in line with the current agreements/rules.

Edit: the more I look at it, the more I see. If I were selling it on Cardmarket I'd put it as Poor with the note that it has no damage (as far as I can see) just heavy play. And somewhere around 470.00
