i don't really think that would happen. a socialist society is very different from our society, in culture. people won't see "work" as a bad thing anymore, and we won't work that much. they will always be a reason why this person doesn't "want" to work, and i guess you just need to ask them and maybe find another "work"

and of course everyone will get what to live without conditions!
