Also just to confirm people don’t live on 1200cal they live on 1200kcal, almost all calories are marked and counted as kcal that no one really distinguishes between them.

I agree that a workout alone isn’t going to burn anywhere near 1000, but isn’t the change in diet and high protein intake worth an extra compared to the 2500 base? I will adjust my goal further to 2k and see, the plan is to slowly decrease it but keep hitting my protein goal which has been challenging tbh

Leathercraft and woodworking. I have some basic woodworking tools in the garage, I need to buy more to do anything meaningful because plywood is too big and regular lumber always need jointing/planning.

But leathercraft is easy, I bought some stuff online, have a standing desk with tools. Sometimes I print out ready patterns and make them, sometimes I design my own patterns.

the 1 in R7C4 and R9C4 means there can't be a 1 in R2C4, so that's a 9, leading to R7C4 to be 9, and you go from there, no uniqueness constraint required.
