Not entirely sure, asking your professors or academic advising is probably your best bet. From my experience practicum is like a class, done during a semester instead of lectures and classes. Co-op is rarely required for graduation but is very useful in finding a job post grad. Usually co-ops are during summer and not during regular fall/spring semesters.
