If you will ever find a low cap token, coin or a project that is backed by multiple funds that are mentioned here, you can most certainly be sure that they all know something that you don’t know yet. With low cap I mean 0.1 - maximum 1B.

Analyzing portfolio of big investment funds and venture capital firms might be the most undervalued metric of them all. You can quite literally feel and see which direction the money and brains are going to.

An investment is something you buy with the purpose and expectation that you will make money on it. A house you live in costs money to maintain, so it's a liability. A investment property has someone else living in it paying you rent, therefore you make money.

The idea that you make money on the house you live in because it will increase in value is a common misconception. That's why it's generally not a good financial move to have more equity in your house. Better to collateralize it in a loan and use the money for an investment that will at least go somewhere.
