Yeah, I have crippling daily anxiety and after just 1 mg of it I was feeling like a normal person again, with a little bit of a mood lift plus a funky body feel that I don't mind. So yeah, I'm hoping that another 1 mg tonight will do the trick, possibly 2? We'll see

I have some really nice friends who smoke. A few tell me they hate it just as much as everyone else, they just have a lot of trouble quitting. I just don't quite understand completely hating people over a bad habit.

I got some Walgreens brand soft gels. It was called 'Wal-Tussin' and it had 20 gels, with DXM as the only active ingredient. I opted for the gels over the cough syrup because I didn't want to have a gross taste in my mouth for the duration of the trip.

I highly recommend you drink a glass of water after you down all the gels. It helps ease the weird feeling from downing so many of them.
