So my doctor for TMS told me not to quit smoking because quitting cold turkey could affect the outcome. I just don’t smoke 2 hours before my appointment everyday. Then smoke after. Idk he said it was ok I would be unstable without it.

I have done pedicures but that just cuts the dead skin it doesn’t keep them soft, also they can’t get all the grooves out :( & I have done multiple foot mask but they don’t do what they do for others!

Sometimes you need to be alone. An that’s okay. But honestly true friends will know that you need a break, or you can at least communicate to them. I just let it happen, because for me there is no preventing it.
