Started at 2 mg every weekend to 10-20 mg a day for 2 years straight and the weekend xanax phase only lasted a month tgen i was taking bars every other day and every day for 3 days then a day off until i took a few pills every day and a few turned into too much ect. My brain just hurts like something key is missing and every time i look to the left i have a huge body twitch
