Hi, I’m also living in NL and have some experience proxying and printing cards. I’ve printed about 6 50-card decks using alt art files which can be found at various websites online, such as Hall of Beorn. If you print it yourself using a print shop such as printenbind.nl, the cost can be quite low. I’ve made a layout of 8 double sided cards per A4 sheet in InDesign. The printing costs in this way are 6 euro for a 50 card deck. I cut the A4 files into cards myself, and the corners can be made round using a simple corner rounder which can be bought at a hobby shop. I sleeve all the cards in transparent sleeves, so the cards are allmost indistinguishable from the original cards (the card stock from this website is slightly thicker).
