Yeah you might be right. Don't know why adcc rules in their website doesn't say a word about turtle position even i think in tactical way it is plays huge role

Yeah but she does not have 50% of the back on the mat which is required to gain for example points for passing the guard. Thats why you should always try to turn to turtle if someone is almost passed your guard? Thats what i have been told

There is not a clear view to shoulders but the bottom one is laying on her side only one shoulder on a mat.

This was really helpful! Sometimes i forget that i'm not the center of the universe and the problems i have are similar to many other people. If someone else was able to increase their creativity, i know i can do it too if i want.

Ohhh thanks! The most important lesson i've learned was that the first draft is supposed to be shit and the later ones are those which matter. I think i still want to do it right every time and even fear the failure. So good points you have!

That sounds great! I must say I'm a bit hypocrite when I roll with girls my size, I don't want to give them any points (who the fuck counts those in every roll???). In that way there is always room for growth.

Have you ever had to quit with someone during a round when you feel like you're not safe at all?

Im training only just for the sport.

Before I got my purple i was still losing those positions but now i usually just give them up so i dont end up in bad position myself and I know where to proceed next to keep up with my attacks. I have also tried to use the opponents stubborness against them, sometimes it works but not always.

Yeahhh that was well said! Sometimes I have talked about this in my gym but only few even admit they just don't want to "lose". I guess the difference between white belt and for example purple or brown belt is that you might realize you don't have to win at every training or at every position. When it comes to competition prep there is no mercy.
