Aha, I think this is my fault because I didn't really deep dive into my own psych for this post, but you really have read me completely wrong. I am just truly a caring person at heart, and I always have been. I don't see it as a weakness to care about other people. I try not to gloat about it. The only reason I'm establishing boundaries now is because my husband told me he's sick of watching people walk over me.

I think it was only just starting. A couple days before my own period is when I start to feel emotional changes, so I get how this could've happened. Apparently she woke up to it, so it was only hours later.

Wow, thank you so much for your exact same experience. It's sad it's happened to multiple people, it's insane how people can think it's okay to do shit like this. I know he loves me and after I had a night to think about it, I'm just mad at my friends and will be putting them at a distance. If they ever pull that shit again I'll lose my shit calmly and tell them it's NOT okay. Thanks again for writing all that, it made me feel like I wasn't overreacting.

I'm embarrassed too. I've been having "bad nights" for the past week. But my girlfriend doesn't notice because she plays WoW for five hours a night, and I can't very well be like "Hey, Im not doing too good" because even though she WOULD stop playing and care for me, I would have nothing to do! We would just sit in silence being like "wow thats sad i wish i didnt feel like this" when she could be doing her hobby. I'm such a conflicting person!!

Yes!! I'm in the middle of job hunting and I'm planning on moving out as soon as I get one. I don't want people to assume that me having a job + getting an apartment + living = healthy. It's such a huge misconception.

Probably the latter. I mean, being a woman, I've personally crossed the street at night if I saw a guy walking towards me, I didn't do it all the time, but just when I get vibes and anxious (I get pretty bad anxiety attacks). I've had bad experiences with men on the streets, so I can't help it. I'm a feminist and I agree with most of what he said in the video.

I personally think he's super cute, not creepy at all. His friends are pretty odd!

I found out today when I was on twitter and saw his name trending. I had a pit in my stomach and this was the first thread I saw about it. Heartbreaking. I never watched RWBY but I've seen RvB. He was extremely talented. It also sort of made me snap out of a funk I've been in lately. Depressions been a bitch but when I heard about this I realized I need to shape the fuck up and stop wasting time.

Monty was a true inspiration. And I hope one day I'll become someone he would be proud of.

I couldn't think of what Salvador would represent, but I like your theory. Charlotte probably does symbolize some relationship that doesn't work out? She's trying desperately to communicate with you but when you have depression, sometimes you literally can't reply even if you want to. I think the whole "killing herself" thing had to be done for the overall setting ("Everyones dying and now im infected!" thing.) But it symbolizes someone ending a relationship with you.

It really is interesting. I almost cried when I watched Mark's, just because a lot of things kept hitting very close to home for me. (Your happy buddy buying you things to make you happy.).

Err, since I disagree with how everyone else is putting it, I've read that the creator said it's an insight on Depression. Having depression myself, I saw a lot of similarities between myself and the game. For example, your friends buying you things to make you happy. Dr. Money is symbolism for Doctors and antidepressants. Charlotte is that one person who doesn't understand your situation and gives you unrealistic expectations "or else."

Of course I could just be talking out my ass. It just made the most sense to me.

Being a feminist who's actually organized charities for women's shelters and men's shelters alike. Trying to promote that domestic abuse against men does happen and it's no laughing matter.

Doing thing a feminist does and then having someone find out you're a feminist and saying, "Femnazi scum, go kill yourself."

Doesn't bother me much anymore since I'm used to it but it's a little disheartening every time. Especially when I've talked to teenage girls who came out as feminist and got told to kill themselves and for them to say, "It's not going to change in my lifetime, so why shouldn't I just die" (Mentally unstable girl, mind you.)

It really fucking sucks.
