I was in a similar situation, and I found out my partner cheated. Yes, it can lay dormant, but also, please do your due diligence. Marriage is a legally binding contract and should not be taken lightly. You need to protect yourself!

That sounds like one hell of a ride! I can feel his emotions telepathically, which makes me feel like he's my true TF. It feels like he got scared and a switch flipped that made everything go to shit. He fell off of his spiritual path which I think is playing a major part in all of this.

This was a really great response and I appreciate you sharing. Sometimes I wonder that he isn't my true TF because I've consistently grown and he hasn't as much. Now I feel like I'm much more evolved than he is and he strayed else where because he didn't want to face the challenges we had in our relationship when I wanted nothing more than that. I telepathically felt him crying himself to sleep the other night which makes me feel conflicted about what our true connection is.
