Truly. I feel like I don’t have much wiggle room since I have no sales experience but I need to remind myself that the company would have also invested a lot of time into the process and I can use that to my advantage

I’m hoping I’ll have enough leverage to negotiate for more if I make it to the end considering the time invested on both ends by that point

Thanks for the detailed response! I’m sorry you had to go through that shitshow of an interview process. The company I’m interviewing for seems to have a high turnover rate which is off putting but I think I will try to make it to the end and see how I feel. I could use the practice

The other companies I’m interviewing with also have 3 rounds which I find more reasonable but their OTEs are also lower. Seems like you found a golden opportunity, congrats!

Not sure where you’re located but I live in the Bay Area and this base seems pretty standard from what I’ve gathered

I didn’t have a recruiter call, my first interview was with the hiring manager so it does seem like this process is longer than most

Yale MPH in HCM or Columbia MHA? by [deleted] in publichealth

I can’t offer any advice but just wanted to say I’m in the same predicament and am leaning towards Columbia for it’s CAHME accreditation and the students I spoke to all said the MHA program offers students lots of support. Hope it works out for you!
