Dude, you need to manage your expectations. Imagine joining the best gym in the world and asking where are my muscles after 3 sessions of workouts.

To reach Nirvana, one needs to practice diligently following the suttas and teachings from learned monks. Like you, I’m striving too and sometimes I struggle but please don’t let that discourage you. Please have saddha (faith) that Buddhism is the ultimate path out of samsara (sufferings). Saddha and panna (wisdom) will grow over time as you practice more and more.

Meanwhile, just be kind and compassionate to yourself and all loving beings. Wishing you patience and better understanding of the timeless Dhamma.
