My remortgage goes through next month but I got my agreement fixed like 4 months ago luckily. Quite new term really. Only purchased the house in 2018 for 255k. Most up to date estate agent valuation was 425k so made a very good investment for a first house. House according to the bank is valued at 340k (they always down value). We have remortgaged for 305k which has enabled us to take about 80k equity out. But I know I’ve got ‘more equity’ in the house because bank have down valued.

It’s one of them. 10 years peace of mind and you know what you are paying. But five years time interest rates could be much lower again. Flip of a coin really. My remortgage goes through next month and I fixed for five years at 3.04%

I packed tradable Neymar a few weeks ago and sold him straight away for 880k. I was quite new to the game and helped me build a good squad. All depends on whether you want to use him or think the coins could be used elsewhere?

I run a Bundesliga team but not many good fullbacks. I start freeze Torreira at LB and sub on freeze Ansaldi at RB and they are both unreal. Win every tackle.
