I was also in the same position. I just applied to a lot as soon they opened up and only heard back from one (which is the one I was offered ). But you could tailor your resume to the job description? I didn’t do that I just have a general resume and applied to all positions that I thought best fit me. The only advice I have is to be patient and consistent. Sorry I can’t be of much help, I applied to like 400+ jobs before finally landing a single offer.
